Having outgrown our existing premises and unable to find a anything suitable locally, we began to explore the possibility of a new build. Following enquiries with our local commercial estate agents, PPH, we were put in touch with Sean Tucker of Goodwin and Tucker Ltd who were building a new industrial estate within 1km of our existing site. The prospect of a commercial building from scratch is daunting but from our first meeting we realised that with Sean we were in very capable hands indeed. The first meeting involved discussing design, and ball-park figures and then within a couple of weeks we were presented with a set of plans to examine. The design was basically perfect and needed little tweaking. The decision to go ahead was easy. 

‘Plain Sailing’ is not a phrase one would expect to use with a commercial new build but with Sean and his team it was exactly that. From start to finish Sean’s common-sense approach, attention to detail and approachability made it all very easy. In short, I would not hesitate to recommend Goodwin and Tucker for commercial building work.
